Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Label and Ship
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
